Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager who will be the main Partner interface for our service managed partners, deliver world class customer experiences, provide ongoing service continuity during the lifetime of contracted services, find solutions and proactively drive improvement initiatives.

What you'll be responsible for:

            o        Executive-level communication and presentation skills, articulating and defining meeting agendas

            o        Statistical reporting and analysis

            o        Action and Service improvement planning

            o        Risk analysis (externally and internally)

            o        Reviewing key contact information

            o        Full Service Catalogue information showing all services and locations

            o        Provisioning – Orders in progress

            o        Support cases – Faults resolved in reporting period and those in progress

            o        Repeat Faults – Last 90 days

            o        Service Outages – summarising any unexpected impact to service during the period

            o        Process definitions 

            o        Service Credits
